A 275/30R20 tire is just too big, it's 3% over the stock size.
Same goes for the 245/35R20 (it's 4% bigger than stock), try a 245/30R20 or 255/30R20 instead.
You will notice that in acceleration as well. Get a 285/25 or 295/25 instead.

To solve your rubbing problems you might also want to try some bump stops. These are small rubber pieces that clamp around the cylinder of the shock absorber and will keep the car from bottoming out.

I am pretty sure that 20s without sports package is not a problem. 20's with a sports package gives a "slight" rubbing effect like you are experiencing. I guess time will tell if will be detrimental. Maybe stifer springs would help. I suspect lowering the car without somehow carving out the wheel wells will only make matters worse.

I figured that maybe stiffer springs would help too! In miami they "bend" the wheel weld with a special machine and also use a heat gun so the paint doesnt chip. Also i saw someone with Hres and "25" profile on their 20's and they get n rub and its lowered too.. I Might Look into it once i Put the H&R'S.. Ill keep you guys posted.

I just got done fixing my rubbing problems. I am running 245/35/20 front and 285/30/20 rear. I had the fenders rolled. They are about 99% rub free. Are you running HRE's?? If so, I am amazed that they rub. What tire brand are you running??

Pirrelli Pzeros Neros fronts and Pzeros Rear

Silver,

Your car looks very very nice as is, and with the existing slight rub, why do you want to lower it? Do you think it is needed, or are you going for a certain look. Very nice choise of wheels. Did you ever post your price information?

wat is exacly rollng fenders???is it? ok 2 do that on a lease car, or is it gonna be a

problem? when u put the original rims back and return the car later????

Rolling the fenders is where you take a bat (best) or a pipe and put it btwn the tire and fender and drive while the bat or pipe rolls around causing the fender to ben upwards.

try www.wheeldiscount.com, you can order online and pick up in Miami. huge selections, good pricing.

I would advise against doing it that way. Go to a shop with proper equipment to roll the fenders and you risk a lot less!

btw the HREs look damn good on your car Silver530iSport
