The official price is set at $2399. We are making a slight change that will bring the cost down. Guys who want to bolt their secondary cats back on can buy our optional adaptor kit for $65.
We'll have an intro/gb price for the 535i exhaust at: $1950. This price will be good for the first 12 customers. Production will begin today and they will be shipping in about 45-50 days.
Specs/Details are:
- T304 Stainless Steel
- V-band aero connections
- True Dual exhaust (dual piping, dual mufflers, etc)
- RPi limited lifetime warranty
- Complete BOLT ON system (no modifications)
- Massive hp/tq gains even under heat soak

that's a great price for an exhaust with such high gains. I paid close to $1800 including install for just the section 3 Dinan. the performance was no where near the RPI exhaust lol! Price vs HP gains= no comparison.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE WORRIED ABOUT WARRANTY ISSUES: The dealership will void Dinan products if the dealership can prove that the source of the problem is from the actual modification. I have also spoken to a SA @ Sterling BMW in newport beach, ca and according to him modificaitons such as exhaust, suspension and wheels are usually are never voided. The SA himself owns a E60 M5 with a ecu reflash and full catless race exhaust. I have taken my 535i in to the dealership with my wheels, coilovers, exhaust, scoops, and air filter and NEVER have had problems.

If the exhaust is bolted onto the downpipe, that mean we will loose the cat, right? If that's the case, I wonder how smelly it's going to be...

if you read the post before, there is an adapter you can purchase for $65.00 to attach your stock cats back on.

I saw that, but I am just wondering how smelly it is without the cat...

The smell wouldn't be bad at all since the primary cats are not removed.
