The price hasn't been officially released yet but RPi mentioned that it would be under 2k for the full exhaust.

It does sound really nice! Any chance you're going to dyno your car again after re-installing your other mods (JB3, etc.) to see the benefit of the exhaust with the mods?

Congrats guys...looks and sounds very nice. Great job! Not sure if this was mentioned somewhere in the thread but how does this exhaust atttach to the outlet of the downpipe? I haven't really looked under there but I'm assuming there is a fitting/joint that allows this to bolt on/off?
At this point in time we are making one exhaust system for the 535. This is the full exhaust that BOLTS to the stock downpipe. There is nothing to cut or modify. Its a complete bolt on kit.

Retail is set at $2499 right now. This will give you over 30ft/lbs or tq and over 20hp gain at the crank.

BTW, I can GUARANTEE that you are losing BIG hp from the intake you have on your signature... Just fyi It looks like something bms or rr would do. lol

Here are a couple of pics of the 535i RPi GTI Race Exhaust. I'm in the process of uploading the videos and will be posted asap
Where does the exhaust start? did u remove catalitic converter? or is the exhaust start after the cat? and the other thing is that any cutting of the pipe involve? Can you put back the OEM exhaust when you are selling the car?

The 535 boys need some downpipe love. Where are the aftermarket downpipes? Whoever gets them out first will get paid. Next to a flash/piggyback, DP's are where the power is.

Catless DP's with stock exhaust will get better numbers for less than half the cost.

Or just run both RPI exhaust and catless DP's.
