That is a different statement than "...will kill horsepower like crazy". Wouldn't you agree?

I've read a few postings by rpipower/eloy stating the HP loss is minimal as shown on this dyno above. I highly doubt you will "feel" the slight loss in performance as no one's butt dyno is that sensitive IMO. The fact that the silencers can be installed and removed fairly easily makes this an option for those that want their exhaust a little quieter when they are DD'ing or hauling the family/friends/clients/etc..but on the weekends and/or for spirited driving you'd like a little more audible feedback
Thank you. That's what I'm talking about. That is not "killing horsepower like crazy". The Racer Boss gets the TAYA award.

That sounds puuurfect! Have you dyno'd your car yet? What type of gains have you seen with the ACS? I have been looking for a nice sounding exhaust without the drone. Not because its annoying but because after driving a buddies car for two weeks with the RPI installed, i would actually have to fight to keep from dozing off on my drive home after a long day at work. Yes! it would actually put me to sleep. I think i may have found it.

The dyno of an M5 will be drastically different than that of a turbo engine vehicle since air flow plays such a larger impact on a turbo. The M5 dyno is very informative thanks for posting it. Would be very interested to see a before and after turbo dyno.

Eloy makes these himself, but if it's not an RPI, it may be a bit more difficult. I do have a connection over at Billy Boat, and they make a different silencer (resonance cone) that can be used on any exhaust as it is installed inline BEFORE the muffler. Let me know!
