Nope. Never. And I have all 3 sections with high flow cats, which are louder than the straight pipes with RPi.
I've been behind C's ride in meets when he's had it a WOT and if you close your eyes, you would seriously believe that you were behind a Formula 1 car.

I don't think it'll be an issue...I have been right next to a cop at a light and it didn't bother him. Just stay easy on the throttle and you'll be fine. Most cops down here don't care much anyway...There are plenty of trucks that are WAY louder.

Since RPi exhausts are intended for offroad/track use only. technically an officer can give you a ticket if he wanted.
Based on my experience officers do not give out exhaust tickets for bmws. Usually when exhaust tickets are given in California, it's because the cop is throwing the book at you. You have to be a real shithead to piss them off that badly. I've recieved more tint and license plate tickets. I have never recieved an exhaust ticket. No worries fellas. Happy motoring!

In the last year, i have been pulled over by these law enforcement officers. Not a single one of them gave me a ticket. They simply asked me what exhaust and complimented me on it. They asked me for a business card and said "have a nice day"

Ive been pulled over in the 911, the sky, the m5. All have told me they sounded awesome.

HAHAHAH this is hilarious.. Our cops are fucking douchebags.. (once again excuse my german)

I'll tell you how dumb london is sometimes.. New bylaw: If you are seen talking on/using your phone while driving = $500.00 Fine
Thats understandable though. I have been cut off, ran off the road and actually hit before from people talking on the phone or doing their makeup.

The offroad use systems we have are marked. They are usually on the parts that effect emissions.
