RPI Exhaust caught cop attention!!!

I wonder the same thing. I am contemplating putting RPI setup on my car, but right now i get NO extra cop attention. If i put a setup on will it increase my susceptibility of getting pulled over?

Since you have an M5 you should ask dbae -his car sounds like an F1 car, very nice. I don't think he attracts more than the normal attention an M5 brings though.

Nope. Never. And I have all 3 sections with high flow cats, which are louder than the straight pipes with RPi.

I think the sound of the RPI exhaust is perfect. I've heard gross Mustang (stock v8) that sounds louder and I've heard civics that make louder and even worse sounds than mustangs. IMO you do not have to worry. Down in South Florida I've had plently of cops pull along side me at a light. No problems at all.
