so i got my blacked out roundels from khaolty was going to try floss or the nylon strap to remove them but i tried sometihng else.
if u have a window mounted gps or sirius radio with a suction cup mount the type that has the lever u push down to lock the cup to the glass take that and stick it on the roundel and lock it in place. pull it right off. peice of cake and no chances of nikin the paint. unfortunalty it didnt work on the wheel caps since these are the discontinued sticker plaque kind. so ill be drilln a hole threw them and yanking them out.

I used a plastic trim interior trim tool to pry mine off without scratching the paint. The suction cup didn't work for me because the roundel has a curve to it so it didn't stick that well. For the wheel center cap, unmount the tire and push it out from the inner side (if you want to go through that trouble and don't want to destroy the cap).

I just used a tape measure and it worked like a charm, Strong enough and skinny enough
