If you mean the green sunband at the top of the windscreen that is an option over here in holland. Don't know about america. I didn't take it because I thought it wouldn't look good. Since I am getting a new windscreen I did opt for the sunband because it will keep the sun out of my eyes better.

530E60NL: Thanks, yes the green sun band was standard. It is a nice feature, cuts down the sun a little.

Ski: No problem with putting one or two pairs of skis in the snowboard holder. Use a bungee cord or something similar to clamp them down.

Blackonblackonblack: Thanks No winter tires. I go to Mammoth and Tahoe. If the weather is bad I have a 4-Runner. Driving to Mammoth, 98% of the way is below the snow level. It is really just getting in and out of town. I only drive my 545i up there if I am certain the roads are clear. It makes the trip much more exciting, I mean safer. With the sports package it would be really hard to get chains on. Anybody tried? Green tint was standard.

I got the sunband for free now because my windscreen is covered by the insurance so the dealer upgraded it for free for me (since they don't have to pay it hehehe).
