just lengthen your shutter speed to however long you want and VIOLA there goes your light streak. You can photoshop or edit your wheels so they have that blurred look but I don't edit my photos or own photoshop so I don't know how to do that. Pretty sure its really simple

who took pics of theat ford exploder crashed ont he highway? I could SWEAR I saw the same one Sat morning heading to a karate tournament on the nj turnpike..! We rubbernecked for mile and when we passed it all we saw was this exploder! Maybe we were on the highway around the same time?
