Hey guys, I'm fairly new to the forum and forgive me for not properly introducing myself in the members area..I promise I will do that right after this post!
Ok so unfortunately the other day I noticed a rip in my passenger seat, but the rip isn't on the leather itself but instead its on the plastic back piece of the seat .... My questions is has this happened to anyone else here? If so where did you find the replacement part? I have a 2004 530i grey leather.... Is there anyway to mend it/repaier this without replace the whole back plastic?

If you're hand with DIY stuff get a plastic repair kit as a store like AutoZone or on-line at places like this http://www.leatherworldtech.com/Prod...-Kit__Q20.aspx

When it's warmer try to match up the color and fill in the tear. Otherwise auto upholstery shops repair leather and vinyl interiors every day and can fix it up so it's nearly invisible.

S_it happens ... it's a car.
