Either way your wheels will still be exposed somewhat. Just don't parallel park like a ratard (had to throw in the Hangover reference 
) where you measure how far you are from the curb by hitting it. I ran 245 width tires on a 10.5'' wheel with no problems whatsoever.

I know someone who is selling some BMW OEM rims which I am considering buying.
He says they arefrom a new 7 series, and that they are even wider than the E60 M5 wheels.
The sizes are as follows:
F - 19X9 ET 24
R - 19X10 ET 24
I currently have a 07 530i. Will these rims fit or will i have any issues?

Forgive me for not believing anything you have to say. Given the information you previously posted, you've had one set of Volk TE37 wheels, with one pair of spacers for the front. Despite having but one wheel set and a single pair of spacers, you've claimed the front wheels to be three different sizes/offsets, the rears two different sizes, and claimed your spacers were three different widths. You are a clearly unreliable source of information.
I have 19x9.5 wheels on the front my car currently. With a final offset of +12, I have less than 4mm clearance between the wheel and the strut. Given a 19x9 +24 will be 6mm closer to the strut than my setup, it is apparent to me that it will not fit.

I would go to TireRack.com and look at the standard size tire for your car. First, check the diameter of the tire. Then look at optional tire sizes for larger wheels (19"). This should give you a good starting point to see what will fit. Then check the tires to see the recommended wheel sizes. If the wheel size matches what you have then you SHOULD be OK. The other dimension is the offset. This will determine where the wheel and tire sits horizontally in the wheel opening. Too much or too little and the tire may rub on the inside of the fender or against the inner fender well. Offset can be compensated for with wheel spacers as long as the wheel and tire are not too big to fit in the wheel well.
My 545i sport came with 245/40 tires on 18x8" wheels with 20mm offset in front and 275/35 tires on 18x9 wheels with 32mm offset in the rear. I would assume all these dimensions should fit your 530 without any problems. A 19" wheel of the same width & offset with the same size tires will give 1/2 inch taller dimension from the center of the wheel to the edge of the tire. The first number in the tire size is the width in mm. The second (/40) is the aspect ratio or height of the sidewall. A 245/40 is 245 mm wide with a 98mm sidewall height. If you reduce the aspect ratio you can increase the wheel size and keep the same diameter tire. For the above tire size (245/40 x 18) with a diameter of 25.72". If you reduce the aspect ratio to a 245/35 then the diameter of the tire will be very close to the same on 19" wheel (25.75").
Some tire shops will have a "what will fit" guide so you could check on line or call to see. But maybe someone here has an aftermarket wheel & tire that is close to what you are wanting to put on yours and can tell you if it will rub or not.

Let me clarify my previous post. I had a '08 535i and currently have a '10 535i. Wheels that fit my car will also fit a '07 530i. I have Volk Racing TE37 wheels, sized 19x9.5 with a 22mm offset in front, and 19x10.5 with a 25mm offset in the rear. Tires are 255/35 front, 285/30 rear. I have 10mm spacers in front, which give the front wheels a final offset of 12mm. I have no spacers in the rear currently. I have less than 4mm clearance between my wheels and my front struts. Rear inner fender clearance is not an issue. With unmodified fenders, sport package suspension, and -.8 degrees camber in front (all other alignment specs are factory specification) I have very slight rubbing at the fender lip area when the car is loaded over large bumps.
Given the wheels in question in this thread, based upon the measurement and fitment of my wheels on both of my E60s, the 19x9 +24 will fit in front with a 5mm spacer. A 3mm possibly could work, but I would not feel comfortable running that tight a clearance with the strut. Rear 19x10 +24 will fit without issue, as my wheels are wider and I have no clearance issues. The tire rubbing I experience could be avoided by using a 245/35r19 front 275/30r19 rear setup, it should be even less of an issue due to the narrower wheel set in question.
Keep in mind the offset specifications I have come up with are only accurate for 19" wheels. given the angle of the strut to the mounting flange of the hub, larger diameter wheels could in theory use a higher offset with the same width and maintain front strut clearance.
