i know i havent been on the board lately, but i just wanted to update you guys on my situation...

the vendor was supposed to ship me out two new front wheels. Well it has been over a month since this all has happened and still no wheels :-( Apparently the wheels were shipped directly from the manufacturer, however UPS lost them??? And so im still here waiting, cause UPS now is conducting an investigation??...if you guys only knew, I'm at my wits end with these people. i dont want to tarnish their reputation but im seriously about to post every email communication i've had with them to show you all how great some of these companies we do business with daily and recommend really are...

Do it ... who knows, somebody else here might be about to order from them. If UPS lost them, they should have immediately shipped you another set and then sort it out with UPS - not leave you, the customer, without your wheels. Plus they also sent you the wrong spacers. And are they offering to have your shocks repaired/replaced due to the damage which has potentially been caused by the wheel scrapes?

Maybe you can post the correspondence here and the name of the vendor - and then if they make everything better, post another message stating this. That way people get to see the whole story...

Hope it all works out for you soon, things like this really do suck

To refresh us all what offsets are the new Fronts and the new Rears?

The fronts should be ET15 with that 8.5 rim and the rears can be ET20. Good Luck.
