Well if you want some more details you should ask gorki. I think he has the same wheels installed on his E60.

Are you thinking about a wider tire for a 525i? I think that 245 all around it's ok.
If the setup was 9" front - 10" rear, then you should go for 245 front - 275 rear.

Rubs on the shocks where? Front only?
