So, With 245/35/ R19 tyres all around maybe you have to put 5 mm spacers at the front. Try it without spacers and you'll see if they are needed, maybe not. For the rear no problem at all.

Forget the spacers. Try without them and you'll see. I'm 99.9% sure you won't need them.

Are you thinking about a wider tire for a 525i? I think that 245 all around it's ok.
If the setup was 9" front - 10" rear, then you should go for 245 front - 275 rear.

I dont really care about the tire size i just dont want to have a rubbing problem in the front....

My Ride: 535d Sport, carbon black, media pack, visibility pack, grey leather, heated seats, sun protection glass, voice control, Eibach ProKit, 19" 166 style wheels, e-maps ECU remap to 325hp and 640NM, top speed limiter removed

I have tried on 9,5x19 Hartge Nova for a 7 series with 255/35/19 .
On these I needed a 5 mil spacer to clear the front strut and not the wing.

With the wheels you have and 245/35/19 you should be perfectly fine, as nicke60gre has said, too.

Rims didnt work, the rims rubs on the shocks, will have to get some spacers.
