Which rims look best on E60?

Hamanns are really heavy aren't they? IMHO, the best would be the BBS RS-GT. I recently wrote to BBS in Germany and these are the specs that were given to me:
RS963 8,5x20, ET15, 5x120 front application with PFS 09.31.149 - this wheel weighs 11,80kg
RS964 10x20, ET22, 5x120 rear application with spacer kit 09.31.291(10mm) - this wheel weighs 12,20kg

The best wheels that look on e60 are factory that comes with car. I'd maybe swap them with 166 OEM for summer all other cars I've seen no offence to a members of this board with those 20 or even more 21 inch rims look getto and cheap. Simplicity is the beauty and while e39 looked good with aftermarket wheels e60 is complitely different design and you'll need to pick wheel desigh accordingly.

just until recently the question "which wheels" has been on my mind for several weeks. Next week I will get my new E60 (black) with M package (including the aero kit), and guess what rims I have chosen.
Standard 18" M design 135s! IMHO on a car like this, rims should be OEM and not too "flashy". If You go for 20" in combination with sport suspension (15mm lower), You?ll get a VERY firm roll with absolutely no advantage in performance. Buying an E60 (and, by the way, trading in a Porsche 996), I was looking for a little more comfort, not for a bone-ripping and teeth-shattering sports car. And those /30 tires will kill Your shiny new rims in 6 weeks.
But, back to the question, if You really want those drag-strip 20"s looking good but not too p***y, I?d go for the BBS RS-GT, too. This rim makes sense: forged, two-piece with titan bolts, very lightweight, open design for disc cooling and polished and enameled surfaces for protection. If too expensive, the one-piece, polished BBS CK would be an alternative.

i am also big fan of hamann and i think that they do the best tuning for bmws
