I have a 528i, what size spacers would you recommend? Would I need longer lugs?

Because your running these 166 on a standard e60 (non-M5), your setup will mean your tires are lower profile that the M5, so the wheels+tires actually looks even better becuase of that.

SO TRUE!!! I think aftermarket 166's look BETTER than they do on an M5 because of the lower profile tires, (and the M6 offset).
