Came across the Rieger Tuning Front Bumper the other day and have to admit it's kinda growing on me.
I like the slightly more aggressive look, and the side skirts look damn hot too IMO..!!!

Initially, I thought I'd go with the M-tech body kit. But then I realized that everybody else (and his brother... [no offense, it's a fine body kit] ) is driving around with it already, and that's why it would be nice to be different... at least every once in a while.

Anyone on this board has the Rieger Front bumper (and maybe also the side skirts) installed, preferably on a Black 530i/E60, and can share some "real life" pictures?
I found these pics one on the web. Of course, Trinity carries Rieger parts as well (Rieger at Trinity).

BTW, "Bumper is made of ABS plastic"... and so is probably the rest.

What do you think? Any comments, concerns, opinions, advice, experience [...] you'd like to share?
Anxious to get some feedback from you guys.

- Thanks!!

i love the front and rear of the kit, I was gonna get it to but bailed out. not into the side skirts. maybe on a dark car the sides wouldnt look bad. the issue with the front is its really really low. and if ur car is dropped the bumper is going to break eventually and that would suck a huge set. its low to the point where ur worrying more about not trying to hit anything then u are paying attention to the traffic

Thanks, guys, appreciate the feedback!

I really wanna buy that Rieger Front bumper - provided, I still have a job on Monday. It's a "little rough" right now at work, with an (annual) review coming up on Friday.
My boss is a real moron and my job is going nowhere fast. I might just lose my cool if he tries to f*ck with me again, as he usually does.... well, and that might just be it.
We'll see. Keep you fingers crossed that he's not gonna do anything stupid (...which will probably result in me doing some even more stupid); I really don't need this right now....

Thanks for the replies, guys.

Since it's Saturday and I still have a job to afford some modest modding soon, I guess the Rieger Front bumper is the one I want... despite the crappy Chicago roads with lots of pot holes, high curbs and bad railroad crossings. Since I haven't dropped my car yet - still sticking with the OEM 'Sports Package' suspension - I hope I'll be fine. Thanks for pointing out the "lowness" of that bumper to me, inktoxicated.

I'm just a bit unsure about the Rieger side skirts, and how that may look on my (black) 530i: The few reference pictures I looked at (thanks to DKNewYork's pointing those out to me...) all show cars in much brighter colors, so I can't really tell if it looks any good on mine.

I probably can't go wrong with M-Tech side skirts, and that combo might actually be what am ordering as soon as spring has arrived: Rieger front bumper + M-Tech sides & rear bumper.

Thanks for the feedback, folks!

OK... and why exactly "" ? Care to share a few more words of wisdom, socale39... ?
And it's "Rieger", BTW.
