I don't think you can...I think you have to move it because the muffler or tips will touch the bumper and melt the bumper

From what I have heard you cannot install the M5 Rear Bumper witht he factory E60 Exhaust. You will need to cut the tips off to install the M5 bumper or change the entire exhaust. As stated by ImSort0fABigDeal, the tips will rub against the bumper and melt it.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! That dual cut out for quads center piece looks as good if not better than the M5 rear bumper. How much does it cost, and can you seen me a link where I can buy it at by next week?
