your actually right, I always wanted that hamann splitters, but eurorev would not ship USPS, so I decided to get the Hartge instead and I think I made the right choice now all I have to do is receive the splitter and see the outcome

A good thing!
The flow is equal between the right and left side tips. Having no muffler on the right also reduces weight compared to a regular dual muffler setup. It is arguably the most effective way of running a quad in terms of weight, look and performance on the E60.
