so i got my car lowered today for like 5 hrs at Trendix by Steve in Santa Ana with H&R sport springs (recommended by Busta). although it was long, it was well worth the wait. so after when i got the car and drove home, boy was the car bouncing. i felt all the imperfects of the road, and made me sad :'( .
so does the ride get better with an alignment, close to original ride feel? I will post some pics tmw b/c its so cold outside right now

Did you have to roll the fender. I ordered the pro kit so I would not have to do the fender roll, plus the roads in Shreveport , LA sucks. Damn I miss the German roads.

I'm with you alpinewhite regarding the ride quality...lowering does degrade the ride quality a lot especially with the more aggressive H&R springs. Although I went from 16" wheels to 17" then to 20" I progressively lost ride quality along the way with just the wheel changes. I've gotten used to it by now but it was a big shock after lowering...the bumpy/bouncy ride was the first thing I noticed also. It's the price we pay for a better handling/looking lowered E60

The ride quality did not improve after an alignment in my case

I want to see the "after" pics

I almost forgot how huge the fender gap is with a non-sport E60

Brings back old memories of the most comfortable E60 ever (non sport with HUGE 225/55R tires)
