If the light assembly and harness is the same in US and EU/rest of the world, then it's only about the LMA module coding.

 

Nice, not sure how I didn't see this before. Perhaps you can include what is lit with switch set to parking light as well. For the US, switched to parking light, it's the same as Euro's E.
