Welcome lights are the lights that light up when you unlock the car.

It's pretty high on the to-do list! I did my front brakes two weeks ago.. doing my front ones this weekend. Really wanna get those in before it gets too cold.

Looking at the picture in your sig.. Looks like you already have the shadowline trim, so you don't need to do this
Plasti-Dip comes off really easily, if you want it to. It's so far been very very strong against any chips or drive-through high-pressure carwashes.

I currently have a 2008 535xi with the damn chrome. Would love to get them black without spending a fortune.

Is the trim easy to get off? Is there a DIY somewhere on this forum on how to remove the trim?
