Sup fellas ... I met up with Raj(rkhettry23) last night to pick up a Magnaflow 14816. I'm trying to get it installed today and I wanted to know if I should remove the resonator or leave it.

If I remove it, will it give me a deeper tone? I guess if I don't like the sound with it on, I can always go back and have it removed.

no resonator is sick sounding! if your looking for sound, i say do it with no regrets, definitely a eye catcher

I would say leave it, I got rid of mine, and wish I still had the quiet sound. On a bigger engine I'd probably remove it but not on the 525.

hey guys I have a 550i with stock exhaust and I was wondering if the resonator delete would make a significant difference in the sound or not. Also, whats the procedure on removing cats? Thanks

You guys are mistaken. Stock exhaust and no resonators sounds like poo. Check out my video on YouTube
