I have a customers 7 series here with a Ebay replica ACS spoiler, and it fits like a$$. Pardon my honesty. 
I think with the E60 ACS replica, it may fit better because its a smaller piece compared to the ACS for the 7 series.

Incorrect, I got these and they fit pretty much perfectly right out of the box. IMHO, anyone that actually buys real ACS (for $450 per spoiler) is a sucker. My spoilers arrived with near perfect fitment and the paint matched perfectly. I had a GB going at the beginning of this month but no one took advantage. I negotiated to get the set down to $153 +50 for shipping.
Are there bad reps out there? Sure, just like anything else, but these fit perfectly and came painted to match perfectly.
