I have been contemplating removing the 545i badge. What do you all think?

I like the clean look of a badge-less car, but don't know all the downsides. I assume it won't void the warranty...

Do a search using the term 'debadge' and you'll find a bunch of discussions on this subject...

It depends why you want to do it. I removed mine.

Like you, I like the clean look. However, one big downside that I don't mind, but some people do: others probably think you have a 528 or something. Unlike other cars I have in the past, you can't tell the 528/530 from the 545 easily. So be prepared to have people think that you are driving a V6 e60 when you actually paid more moeny for the V8! Just my 2 cents.

4 cylinder 520d came debadged, although I didn't ask for it. Looks like BMW was ashamed of selling 4 cylinders....

I say keep it on. Show everyone what kinda balls you got. And if they don't know, show them.

If you think it looks good to you,

don't worry about the down sides.
