red puddle light mod (under mirrors)

2 of the leds from my puddle lights stopped working so what better time to mess with it?
not sure this has been done before or not. i didnt make a formal write-up but i could if anyones interested.
basically i popped off the mirror, unscrewed the 4 screws, took off the painted cover and seperated the plastic housing to get to the led board.
the board is surrounded by a plastic water tight housing that i dremel'd open. then i replaced the leds which i found on www.digikey.com (great support for people that dont know shit about led's
)
then i used 1min epoxy to re-seal the plastic led board housing and put the mirror back.
i went with red because i have red halos and red sidemarkers on an all blacked out car. the red stands out and shines way brighter on the ground then the OEM white does.
sorry for the bad pics. what do you guys think? looks way better in person obviously...
