For about 2k you could always go with C's favorite wheels and powder coat them black like I did...Good old OEM 166's

It's not really what I can afford vs what I want to spend. I'm not one of those guys that can justify dropping 5 g's on a set of wheels. I like your set up though. How much does it cost to have wheels powder coated? How does it look up close, is it smooth or does it have a rougher texture to it?

I had the wheels chemically stripped for $30.00 per wheel, then spent another $75 per wheel to get them powder coated so $420 total. The finish is very smooth. Just make sure and have them stripped properly so they don't get pitted. I was also lucky enough to buy my wheels used for $450.00 so I did real well on the set...

Breyton GTS in black/grey will look great. Check them out.... http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=53180
Definitely.

They look fucking fantastic.

I should have ordered them instead of 18" 166 replicas

does getting a different suspension (DINAN) and lowering the car make the ride less soft?

(i'm concerned for potholes. we have them a lot here)
