Rear tail light LED removal

I have some flies and spiders dead inside the clear tail light portion where the LEDs are (LCI). That compartment doesn't have holes to vacuum the creatures out, so I guess I need to remove the LED strip. Is there a DIY on changing these LEDs for whatever reason? There are three screws which appear to hold it on, ? It's all apart now, so...


...so I gave up. I couldn't get them out so I just moved them to the bottom and put it all back together. Next time...

You have to cut them open in order to get the LED off. Then you can access the bugs through the holes.
