Rear spacers question with OEM M5 wheels...M5 offset
OK, I have the OEM M5 166 wheels on my '05 545i (not M6 fitment). Yes, the M6 offset looks better, more aggresive, so I am going to put spacer on (10mm). Last time I tried this the wheels just seemed to stick out too much. My negative camber (rear only) of course, is quite evident as it is on most 5 series. I put a 3' level next to the wheel (bottom on floor) and the bottom of the wheel (center) is perfectly flush with the center of the rear quarter panel (wheel opening). This normal? I do have a bit of weight in the trunk and had a full tank of gas if it matters. What are you guys doing?
Thank you!

This is strange as many members including myself have used 12mm spacers in the rear for OEM M5 wheels w/M5 offset and it fits flush with the fender, no rolling or rubbing whatsoever.
