Rear lights for 2007

I have a 2007 530i, what is the closest brake light to 2008 5 series ? That is easy to install and not very expensive. Any installation instructions will also be great.

I mean the taillights. Actually i found these but couldnt understand the difference which one is same as 08 ?

First link is the recommended one. It's the new sonar LCI look ones and they are good quality.
The second link is the Eagle Eyes ones - lower tech look and not as nice but plug and play like the Sonar.
