I finally had the chance to complete my installation of the Euro LCI rear light cluster with Bruce Miranda's cables. Fortunately, I like the result. Before selecting deciding on Bruce's cables, I had questions about the differences among the various mods, but could not find any clear answers. I would like to put together this matrix for the benefit of those considering this mod.

If you have knowledge of the Hella cables, Ricky's cables, Euro light and LCI stock light, could you comment on the "?" fields and reply to this thread please? Where there is none or no change, it is denoted with a "-".

Hi,

E60 w/hella cables need to work with new LCM modular and programing, the effect as same as LCI's stock.

Hong Kong haven't US LCI tail light, I never know the effect.

Please refer to photo as reference in Eu LCI tail light, I don't know how to fill in your table.

Derr... I guess this would be informative to members, but I am confused to why this is necessary.

I think people that wants to go pre-LCI to LCI is because the LCI simply looks better. Besides Ricky's cable is not for sale anyway. My understanding is that he has done it for a few members in HK, but otherwise does not sell the cables.

For your info, it's basically all the same between Bruce, Hella, and stock LCI.
