My Ride: 535D Touring - M Paket - Carbon Black - Nasca Black - Act Steering sunroof- active seets - high beam ass - adapt headl - adapt cruisecontrol - navi prof - HUD - etc...etc.
Is it possible to install the rear led lightblocks in the E61 version 2006?

If you mean LCI rear lights, answer is yes.
You need a small conversion to electronics. bruce miranda makes and sell these "black boxes". See his thread from e61 sub-forum.
