Default rear fog lights

Does anyone know if the 2007 5-series (I have a 550i) can be outfitted with rear fog lights? I know the olders beamers can and the new F10's are equiped. Any help would be appreciated.

thanks
Eric

to the forum!

Yes ... I enabled my rear fogs ... it's actually already fitted so do an extensive search and you'll find the DIY to enable it.

If you decide to do this, be responsible and don't run around with the rear fog lights on! There are so many idiots here in the US that do this. If you haven't been around a car with rear fogs on, it is very annoying and distracting. I see it often in Volvo's. Pitty for those cars running them when they shouldn't be and I'm behind them, they get to look at my bright xenon's in their mirror. In some countries they will give you a ticket if they are on and shouldn't be, maybe this is what we should be doing, They are somewhat helpful in severe weather for others to see, but IMO one shouldn't be out in this weather unless there is a reason.
