If a LCI 528i with 230 bhp and 231 lb-ft of torque was modded with an ECU remap, cold air intake, and a cat back exhaust, what are the realistic HP and torque gains?

If any of you have the following cars with all or any of the mods listed above, I would be grateful if you could give me your input.

- 2004-2005 530i - 3.0 L M54B30 I6, 230 hp
- 2004-2007 525i/xi - 3.0 L N52B30 I6, 215 hp
- 2008- 528i/xi - 3.0 L N52B30 I6, 230 hp

There might be more gain based on the intake give the fact that there's very little difference between the 215hp 3.0 and 255hp 3.0 (2006-2007)

There could be more difference based on the intake, given the minimal difference (intake and ECU) between the 215hp 3.0 and 255hp 3.0 (2006-2007).

It would be great if I could get it up to the 250 hp mark and increase low end torque moderately. Just trying to figure out the best way to realistically get these power gains.

Isn't there anyone with the cars listed above that have the these mods? I would like to hear about your HP and torque gains.
