Just some time ago, I parked at a city parking lot and the car's front was just high enough to clear the front curb... When I pulled out however, the 'black rubbery thingy that's on the bottom edge of the front bumper' got kinda pulled off on the right side of the car leaving 80% still on and 20% dangling. I pushed it back onto the edge of the bottom of the bumper but it's a bit crooked due to when it was pulled off.
I never noticed that part before due to not being that low but now that the car sits 1.x inches lower to the ground, that 'thing' seems to be rubbing up on alot of things.
What do you guys do about that, keep it on or take it off? It's not fastened by any screws just jammed onto the edge of the bottom bumper, that's all.
Curious about this....

I don't think it will hurt the car, should you decide to remove it.
Is it item #15 on this diagram?

Its a friction mount, you can pull it off then center it and push it back on.
