I took off my trim and tried to get a better quality paint job .... its polished more and i think the color is much deeper...has that mirrored look...

IMO from looking at the pics, it looks like there is a lot of orange peel in the paint! It needs to be rubbed and buffed out....

umm...i guess you could say its chrome-ish?....that part of my knob was peeling when i bought it...so i just scratched off the rest of it...now its just a shiny metal
we'll just call it shiny metal for now to avoid all the anti-chrome-ers here...
