Whatsup everyone,
So yea after a week of impatiently waiting for my Rdash halo bulbs, they finally come! I was so excited to go outside and install them, and after an hour of labor/cutting my hands on the housing they were installed... Now at this point I felt a sense of great achievement being that this is my first install mod on my e60. Sadly that happiness soon faded once I turned on the lights and realized THEY SUCKED! For starters they are soooooo dim, in daylight they are virtually invisible  and honestly after seeing a few new 5ers on the road i am very jealous
their halos are far brighter than our e60s.... Now my question is who is running mtecs? any input as to daytime brightness? honestly at this point i feel as though thos OSS halos are the only way out..... but i dont have the luxury to leave my car sitting without headlights for 2 weeks

You're in NJ. If you are willing to spend the money, contact nigxdoof to see if he can do a quick turn around to do the Orions for you. He's in New York, so not terribly far away.

mtech - daytime pics ... if you are comparing e-60 AE's to f10 AE's you may be reaching. The f10 angel eyes are UBER superior. But, I am happy with mine 4 now ...

I guess this is kind of a give or take kind of thing. I installed the RDash white LED upgrade bulbs and like the quality for the price. I have no radio interference like some statements I had read and Im so glad to get rid of the god awful "manilla folder" looking factory angel eye color, regardless of how bright they are. IMHO and being a NEWB my .02 probly aint worth .01 to anybody here but I didnt buy my E60 to have the brightest angel eyes on the block! If I wanted to compete with the local honda "my lights are brighter than yours" crew I would have bought just that, a HONDA. Reminds me of the dbags rolling around in broad daylight with their headlights on just to show how cool their $45 HID bulb kit is....

The ICE Lite are 3X brighter than the RDash ones. Take a look at those if you want plug and play.
Or you can get the Orion built into your lights and that's the best option, but also the most difficult.
