Okay, can someone with LCI twin turbo try this and confirm the numbers on Dyno. This may allow me to trade 530 for 535 if CFO approves (the wife). It's suppose to be plug and play as a piggy back, not flashed. Gains are reported to be 65 bhp and 80 lbs torque for on $1500 US. Holy crap, an undertuned BMW, really??? There are different types of plug 'n' play.

Have you investigated the location of the ECU and how to access it? Not what *I'd* call "plug 'n' play"...

"The Black Box is a self-contained ECU that works as a piggyback to the Siemens MS V80 DME control unit.:, I don't know much about our cars in terms of the ecu location and what not. I just thought it was an interesting since most performance gains in BMWs are mostly with superchargers. The numbers are astounding if it only took a $1500 ecu remap.

Most performance gains in BMWs here in EU are by remapping the turbos.

Guess what a 335i has?

My remap (see my sig) gave me 65HP on top but that's a Diesel! Oh, and you may be interested in the torque figure...

Emissions control is quite advanced on cars using ULS Diesel.

Here's a pic of my tailpipes...

You might also want to look into PROcede v2 by Vishnutuning.

The link I posted is for the TT I6 from Vishnu Tuning. No TT V8 available yet to tune.

Joe, this sounds more enticing than other options we've discussed. Anyone have pricing for the PROcede?
