Hi guys!
I was searching on the net for 545i headers .. I've found :
http://rdsport.com/Localized/International...t_E60_Motor.htm
(scroll down)
---
Sport Exhaust Header.
These equal length tubular headers are a huge improvement over the OE units which also include the catalytic converters. By replacing them with the Racing Dynamics units, you will achieve a gain of almost 25 HP.
Available in separate P/Ns for either LHD or RHD models.
These units are 100% stainless steel and are made in Italy.
---
25 HP with only the headers or with headers + kat ?
I didn't understand very well ...
Thank you and bye!

I believe that is only for the headers BUT, when you get those headers you also have to buy the cats:
The installation of our Competition Tubular Exhaust Manifolds requires a new set of catalytic converters to replace the OE units that are integrated in the original manifolds.

Ehehe, fantastic!
Thus also headers are important for performance, ok .
Thank you to both!

Good question! I have the full system and I notice much more power than stock! One catch right now. Increased Emissions has appeared on my screen. The car is at the dealer currently and i'm waiting for their diagnostic of the problem. If this is indeed from having the race cats installed RD has specified that they beleive their remap will remove the fault. I will update once i hear back from the dealer.

I had the same "Increase Emission" problem show up. They replaced a vanos valve, I think. It was something to do with the oxygen sensor? But, I can tell you it shouldn't have any thing to do with your RD Sport exhaust.

It's not the exhaust but probably related to the headers/cats.
Rpav, I remember us talking about this before. I had thought that the complete Power Exhaust came with new EMS tuning from RD Sport. Are they trying to get that to you now?
