Forgot to mention it is certified preowned. I really wasnt aware of what HUD is, so I looked it up. Hopefully I have as the car is being delivered today at 7pm.
23K is a good deal but I didnt want to get something that has passed the original 50k miles warranty.

I paid 21k flat for an 04 545i sportpkg with 69k miles. No nav, but with cold weather pkg and HIDs. I haven't quite figured out what are options and what is standard. Clean carfax, no scratches or dings, new kumhos...
