I was considering them but it would have cost me about $500 for both the upper grilles and lower valence. It depends on the look you're going for. I think they're pretty sporty and aggressive looking...

I bought a used set of black lower grills and I prefer them to the stock plastic parts. It gives the car a more unique look and they are fairly unobtrusive too! Along with most of the others here I would suggest against the upper grills, as it looks a bit like a Pontiac or a Jaguar. Good Luck with your decision!

Mine is more subtle, I only did it at the bottom.

After a few months, as the grill got dirty and darkened, it blended better into the look. I did it to protect against flying stones hitting the intercooler and brakes.

I think it looks dope on the bottom but I'd leave the top matte black.

Did you just say "dope"?! (just kidding... kinda)

It looks ok, but I do not think it looks better than stock.

IMO, I think it looks okay painted black, if left silver: it looks like chicken wire...

Do you have any pics of the black powder coated ones? I'm curious to see what they look like, btw, do you have the M-tech front?
Here are a couple pics I just took. I know my hood and driverside headlight are off...i installed new angel eyes a couple weeks ago and i couldnt get that one back in properly so ill have it fixed when my kit comes. I ordered the m-tech kit, but thats another thread. i think it will all look great once i have the kit on with the racemesh grille as well.
