i recently picked up a used set of m5 brakes, rotors and calipers. i installed them on my car. i know that the pads will need to be changed soon. however the problem is im getting squeaking. didnt have it before the upgrade to the new calipers and rotors. initially i had some pulsating on the steering wheel but its now gone. so im assuming the rotors are ok. should i just change all the pads? do i need to cut the rotors? i didnt use and grease so could that be the issue? if i put new pads will they be ok with the older rotors?
thanks in advance

..and there's your answer. you need to put brake paste on the rears of the pads and at several contact points to prevent noise.
do you know where the grease is supposed to be applied? thanks

You put the grease on the rear of the pad (I usually put a thin film all over the backing plate of the pad, just in case) and also the grooves in the calipers where the tabs on the pads slide into, grease them as well because these are friction points (the pad moves around in these grooves as you apply the brakes).
