OBD: after reading your post again, one more thing I would like to add:

Michelin:
Section width: front: 9.8"
rear: 10.9"

Bridgestone:
Section width: front: 9.6"
rear: 10.7"

The tread width of the tire never came in my consideration. I thought a 275/30R19 in one tire would be the same in another tire.

Unfortunately these minor differences matter when running such a low offset. Most go with General UHP or Michelin PS2's on this board and have no issues. Anyone can make this mistake.

Last question. (I promise)

For the M6 #166 wheel (offsets 12/17, 9 1/2" rim) does anyone know what the maximum section width of a tire you can run on the rear of an E60 with these wheels without any rubbing. I'm still planning on going with the M5 #166 offsets (rears) since I have these new Michelin's and when I need new tires, find a tire with the correct section width for the M6 offsets. Thanks.
