If you connect your iPhone 3G via the USB port using a USB cable like you would use to connect the iPhone 3G to your laptop, will the your iPhone 3G charge? My Dension unit will only charge my iPod via USB. When I connect the iPhone 3G, I get a continuously intermittent charging connection...it basically beeps continuously like it's charging, then it's not, then it is, then it's not.
