Oh right....I'm an idiot. I thought I sold u the bulbs. LOL. You bought the other ones. Wrap them on the ends of the metal connectors. I'll see if I can get a picture for u. It's freakin freezing in NY.

so currently, there's no one selling LED bulbs for the rear license plate that works without strobing and iDrive error message?

The ones we carry work on some cars but it is really hit or miss. I wish I had a definite answer but the software coding on the E60s is so variable that some cars do exhibit a bulb out and some do not.
