Gents,

Hamann is way too expensive for a similar setup. I think this set up is more bang for your $$$. I talked to Hartge, Borla, B&B, and SuperSprint they're all in the process of making this system and they said that Hamann price is too much. Hartge is working hard to get one out soon.

Gents,

I am in the process of negotiating with Eisen. Right now, $1700. Maybe I can get down to $1500 w/group buy. They told me that if I installed on my car and use it for display PR., then they can reducing the cost down. They want to be the 1st co. that offer affordable quad syst.

Also, I got a call from Mark @ Hartge in Germany this morning. He is very interested in putting the new quad syst. in the U.S @ reasonable price. So far, look like everyone is trying to beat Hamann ridiculious price.

From my view point it looks like quad exhaust isn't needed. I would stay with the original location with a larger pipe from the cat to the muffler.

Gents,

I have the price for ordering quad exhaust system from Eisen. $1413+70 shipping. And if we order as a group buy then you are looking at less than the above price. Let me know if you have any questions.

The Eisenmann has dummy pipes on the right side but the Hamann is functional. That's one reason for a higher price. Then again, Hamann is normally pricy anyway.

Daytradero, is that the Hartge exhaust in post #6?

Which version is $1413, the sport, or the race? On the Eisenmann website the sport is $1536.70 and the race is $1634.93 so that's not a huge savings. Especially since the other side does let out exhaust gas, but other than that is pretty much useless.

Is Hartge, Borla, B&B, etc, etc, going to come out with a true dual exhaust with two mufflers like RD, or are they going to do something similar to everyone else with a sort of dummy pipe?
