Alright, so i think i have read just about every topic on quad exhausts for the 530i and other I6 cars. Have any of these products or custom setups been proven on a dyno to produce gains or at least maintain stock performance?

RPI makes one and there are proven gains.
I believe member, praisethelowered, is selling his RPI exhaust he had on his 530 too.

The RPI exhaust isn't a quad though.

just get the rpi exhaust so you will gain perfomance, and use a set of dummy pipes you can have the exhaust shop weld on for you.
i'm sure rpi will sell you an extra pair of tips.

I've lost power with mine, I've been considering RPI replacing my magnaflow.

Is your magnaflow 2 inlet or 1 inlet? Are you thinking of replacing your magnaflow with RPI and leaving all other piping as you have it or were you thinking of going back to single sided exhaust?

I have single inlet dual outlet, the dual outlet goes to each side of the exhaust. Its in place of the resonator. To be honest it may just be the weather with the heat causing it to feel sluggish sometimes. There has been 100+ degrees here for the last 2 months or so. I haven't had the exhaust in normal temperatures yet. I could swap out the RPI in the place of the magnaflow.
