Does anyone have stock BMW M5 exhaust system on BMW 545i ??? I'm going to do that... what do you think guys? what is pros and cons?

You're going to have a problem fitting the muffler on the passenger side due to the battery.

So how can I do quad my 545? What is the best way to do... Should I remove the Resonator?

replacing resonator with X-Pipe and straight pipes will lose any hps or not?

You can run a dual in dual out magnaflow muffler followed by round canister resonators then out to tips. The main muffler will replace the factory unit that is right before the rear axle.

Guys what is the sizes of the pipes (inlets) of resonatores?

I believe the factory exhaust piping on the 545i is 2.25"
