My Ride: 2005 BMW 545i 6spd sport Sapphire black...well satin white wrap
i was also wandering about wheel size.... im gonna go with a 19' rim but for the width, the tire guy wants to do a 9.5 in the rear and an 8.5 in the front... i think i can go wider... whats the widest i can go without having to roll fenders. id like to go x10 in the rear and x9.5 or 9 in the fornt..... advice please!
+1
Initially I was never a big fan the all back theme but when I installed my old Miro CSL rep which I painted low gloss black btw, it didn't look bad at all. I'm also running plus size tires, 245/40 and 275/35 rear with no rubbing, surprisingly. Planning to get a set of spacers to push out my rear ones. Thinking of 18mm as of now.

now quick question about the offset..... i see an et33 and an et15, this means the hub is 33mm from the centerline o the rim???? help with this btw your rms are pure sex on rubber lol. also with a x11 did you have to stretch the rubbers? or did you get rubbers that fit? and the whole spacers thing, can anybody elaborate this for me?
what wheels are they? u may consider going 9.5 fronts and 10.5 rears 19's are always a good start..
then invest on getting some coils so u have an option to adjust height and dampening
i started with 19's then i recently switched to 20's for a more aggressive set up, i'm running 255/35/20 fronts and
285/30/20 rears
then invest on getting some coils so u have an option to adjust height and dampening

ps more pics of my car
as suppose to coils i like kw's depending on your budget.. go get the wheels first, mount them and see how low you want to go, then decide
on which coils..spacers just really depends on what wheels you get and depending on the offset...btw: not a big fan of the stretch look on the rears, i'd rather have more meat on the rears to better protect my wheels imo
good luck buddy!!!keep me posted
