To be clear and short, if it is fitted right and with expetise there is no vibration. The sound is just "optical" stuff regarding that you wanted to hear more deep bass so the sound is ok. The throttle, what happens when you increase that. 4000kms is not much, so drive it and when you have any probs ask your dealer or whoever installed it, as this is the first anybody posts. Thx for that. We have a member who has this for his 530d (2nd) and works as a "swiss watch".

it might be the chip and also what pmmeke mentioned the new air filter too. Good luck buddy

Thanks for the info.I refitted the exhaust and used a good sealant,it is now ok (so far).

My Ride: 645Ci black/red, Eibach springs, K&N air filter, Wetterauer ECU upgrade, Eisenmann 83mmx4 exhaust, 20" Sportec wheels-Michelin PS2 tires, Hamann front add-on lip

I don't think you are losing power, but you might be lossing some low-end torque due to the exhaust upgrade. That is typical of high performance aftermarket market as they give better air flow/reduce back pressure= loss of low end torque + small increase in horsepower
